Return Policy
If the product is not washed or damaged you can send it back to us for a refund. CD’s must be unopened. Email us at booking@bigbandofpraise.com with a brief summary of your return. We will then reply and issue you your RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This allows us to track and monitor your return and to simply be aware that it’s coming. Include the merchandise, initial order number, and any additional notes explaining the return along with your RGA number. We can refund the price of the your order not including shipping. Just send your returns to: BBOP, Attn: Returns, Po Box 199 Spring Lake MI 49456. Returns must be sent back to BBOP’s store within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy
We can, of course, replace faulty merchandise, but we cannot exchange items. If you would prefer another item, just return the unwanted and unused merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent or trade customer names, addresses or e-mail addresses with any other company. We may use the information for notifying our customers about their items or any issues related to their ordering process.

We use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt your financial information. This scrambles your data as it travels from your computer to our website so that it is useless to anyone else. This feature is only on the secure order form section of the ordering process. It is not necessary to have this security on the product detail pages. You will recognize this security when a little yellow lock appears on the bottom bar of your browser on the order form page where you enter your personal information.

Why is my Paypal order being denied?
Here are the reasons why your order might be denied:

  1. The Paypal processing of your account, for whatever reason, has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact them or your bank company.
  2. The information you entered did not pass Paypal’s Billing Address Verification Check. When they check an account for available funds, they also check to make sure that the billing address on file matches what the user entered. This is one way that they protect customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn’t match, then the order gets declined.

I keep trying to place my order but it’s not going through. Why?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country we will ship to. If you still have problems, email booking@bigbandofpraise.com with a description of your problem and we’ll look into your specific case.

How long will it be until my order ships?
We have a two (2) to three (3) week shipping time for orders within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service or if your order is stock. International shipping times vary.

It’s been a long time and I still don’t have my order. What do I do?
Email us at booking@bigbandofpraise.com. You need to have your Order Number. This is the number that you received when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt–the number is on that page. Once you email us, we’ll contact you if we need to or just fix the problem and send you your order.

I hate spam mail, like REALLY hate it…you’re not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?
Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only, and your e-mail to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format safe within the walls of Paypal.

Can I place an order without a credit card or mail in an order form?
Yes. We do take money orders or cashiers checks. No personal checks and only U.S. currency. To place your order, just go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page, print two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to: BBOP, Attn: Merch, Po Box 199 Spring Lake MI 49456. Please also send us your contact information in case there is a problem with your order. …cookies too. You can always send cookies.

Is ‘Snail Mail’ the way to go?
Well, we don’t recommend ordering this way because we can’t guarantee how long it will take for your order to get to us and for us to ship it out to you. Plus, there is always a chance that we might run out of an item by the time we receive your order.

What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.
